About the Role

We are seeking a Pleno Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires solid experience with modern full stack development, cloud environments, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services.

Build APIs (REST/GraphQL) and microservices with high scalability and reliability.

Optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL), implement caching, and improve application performance.

Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Improve monitoring, logs, metrics, and observability using modern tools.

Conduct code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer (Pleno).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.).

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.

Experience with Git, branching strategies, and code review processes.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Knowledge of application security and best practices (OWASP).

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE).

Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and advanced monitoring.

Experience with feature flags, A/B testing, or large-scale environments.
